The project goal was to help Love Goodly transition from their legacy selling solution on Cratejoy into a new Shopify storefront and backend platform. In doing so, we also helped them move the subscription business that they had built on Cratejoy into new subscription service options on Shopify, which included an integration with ReCharge.
First, we looked for opportunities to increase conversions with minor design and UI improvements. Then we looked at how Love Goodly was managing the subscription business, and assessed the requirements for presentation and regular inventory delivery. With those requirements in mind, we helped the client structure and build a Shopify instance that could handle their growing business needs. We made some small tweaks to the new Shopify UI/UX on the front-end, and then helped them move their inventory from their old environment to the new one.
